Το Πρόγραμμα Μεταπτυχιακών Σπουδών απονέμει Δίπλωμα Μεταπτυχιακών Σπουδών με τίτλο: «Τεχνητή Νοημοσύνη και Εφαρμογές» (MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Applications)
Τεχνητή Νοημοσύνη και Μηχανική Μάθηση, Ανάλυση Δεδομένων, Υπολογιστική Όραση, Κυβερνοφυσικά Συστήματα, Ευφυή Ρομποτικά Οχήματα, Τεχνητή Νοημοσύνη και Επικοινωνίες.
Η χρονική διάρκεια για την απονομή του Διπλώματος Μεταπτυχιακών Σπουδών ορίζεται σε δύο (2) εξάμηνα στο πρόγραμμα πλήρους φοίτησης.
